Please remember that you’ll need to sign up separately for the Women’s Ride – details here. This is an event organised by the newly formed LCC Women’s Network which has a Steering Group consisting of LCC staffers, trustees, campaigners, Joy Riders and Londra Bisiklet Kulubu.
The network will be campaigning alongside and as part of LCC to make cycling in London fully inclusive for anyone and everyone who wants to cycle. If our roads are safe and inviting enough for most women to ride, that will unlock cycling for many others as well – including the elderly, children and people with disabilities – transforming cycling in London into a Dutch-style form of everyday and healthy mass transport.
